All of my button badges are biodegradable and compostable - just remove and recycle the metal pin on the back, and pop everything else in your compost or food waste bin.
Please be aware that, as these items are handmade, they are slightly less durable than factory-made plastic badges. As such, treat them gently and hand-wash them with a damp cloth. If the backing ever pops off, it's easily fixed with a bit of super glue.
